The shared shower room is at the end of  the hallway with a large walk in shower, toilet and sink with built in cupboards.

There is also a hairdryer provided along with bathroom towels and pool towels.

The third bedroom is a calming room with a double bed 160/200 and a wardrobe.

Again the mattress is very comfortable and pocket sprung.

The linen is made from Limoges with percel cotton all helping towards a good nights sleep.

There is an air-conditioning unit in the bedroom.

Upstairs are the remaining bedrooms and a wetroom serving the two bedrooms.

The first bedroom can be used as a double bedroom or alternaitvely a great den for children.  It has a double bed 160/200 again with comfortable mattresses.

There is also a mezzanine with an ingenious ladder leading up towards a 160/200 mattress on the mezzanine.  The steps are locked in so the security is great in the night and there is a large net to protect from the room below.

Gite Taureau sleeps 6 to 10 people plus one infant with 3 bedrooms with one en-suite and one family bathroom.  

Gite Taureau is a no smoking house and no pets are allowed.   

All linen is provided including bathroom towels and swimming towels. The house is cleaned on changeover days. If a change of sheets and extra cleaning is required this can be arranged at an extra cost.

The main entrance into the house leads into the kitchen and open planned living space.

The kitchen is well equipped and has all the necessary equipment.

The kitchen equipment includes a dishwasher,  double sink, washing machine, electric oven, hob with extractor fan, large fridge, coffee machine, kettle & toaster.

There is a large dining room table that seats 10 comfortably.

Alterntively you can enjoy the breakfast bar in the hub of the kitchen.

There is a ground floor toilet.

There is airconditioning through out the house making a welcoming chill from the heat of the sun.

The house has been renovated to a very high standard with impecable finishes.

There is a very comfortable sofa for some time out with a large flat screen SMART tv with fast fibre internet.

There are french doors that lead you onto the lawn.

Gite Taureau

Gite Taureau has recently been renovated into a fantastic holiday home.  It's situated within a few  kilometeres outside the lively town of Monsegur in the Gironde.

The gite is attached to the main house that sits proudly on the owners grounds of which the entire building used to be known as Chateau Taureau.

Gite Taureau sits on a hill and is approached by a track taking you up to the house in amongst fields and sweeping landscape.

The swimming pool is 10m by 4m with built in roman steps and a continuous step around the edges.  

The pool is run on a mild chlorine system which is gentle on the skin.

Surrounding the pool are plenty of comfortable loungers.

The pool is for your sole use during your stay.

There is a fantastic abri of 120sqm that gives a wonderful shaded area for alfresco living.

There is a large circular dining table that seats up to 10 guests.

There is a fun apero barrel to capture the surrounding countrside whilst enjoying a local glass of wine.

There is a games area and seats for relaxing or playing a game of cards.There is a dart board along with a giant connect 4.

The ensuite has a large walk in shower with modern shower heads and a glazed divide.

There are double sinks with mirror cabinets and a hairdryer is provided.

The toilet is descretly placed behind the wall with an echanting window looking out towards the surrounding countryside.

Bathroom towels and swimming pool towels are provided.

This great masterbedroom also benefits from french doors leading onto a small terrace facing the courtyard.

There is a small table with a couple of chairs.

Also the terrace steps down and leads straight into the pool.  

Ideal for a morning dip before the rest of house awakens.

On the ground floor is a lovely master bedroom with an en-suite.

The large double bed is 180/200m and has a new increadibly comfortbale mattress with percale sheets.

There is also a sofa bed 140/190 to extend the capacity up to 10 guests if needed.  Making a great family unit.

There is a large wardrobe with plenty of hanging space and drawers.
