Bedroom two and three are beautifully decorated with kingsize comfortable beds.

Both bedrooms have shower ensuites consisting of a walk in shower, wash hand basin and WC.

A charming twin bedroom sympathetically decorated with an antique wardrobe.  Both beds are 90/190 when put together makes a super kingsize bed.

This room has an ensuite bathroom consisting of a bath with a shower over, wash hand basin and a WC.  

This makes for an ideal childs bedroom or adults who prefer to take a bath.

On the first floor there is an elegant wide hallway with doors leading to the four bedrooms consisting of three doubles and one twin all with en suites and views over the front garden.  All bedrooms have fans and hairdryers.

Bedroom one has a king size double bed with soft furnishings.  This bedroom has an ensuite shower room with a walk in shower, WC and wash hand basin.

Joli Fleuron sleeps 12 people plus infants with 5 double bedrooms and a twin bedroom all with their own en-suites.  There are two cots available for infants.

Joli Fleuron is a no smoking house and no pets are allowed.   

All linen is provided including bathroom towels and swimming towels. The house is cleaned on changeover days. If a change of sheets and extra cleaning is required this can be arranged at an extra cost.

Joli Fleuron is an elegant family home set in the Lot-et-Garonne and close to the Gironde and Dordogne borders.  Joli Fleuron sits proudly on a hill surrounded by sweeping landscape and  retains it's privacy by immaculate lawns and woodland trees. 

It has been renovated to a very high standard,  with an abundance of style, sophistication and comfort.

The large swimming pool is 12m by 6m with built in roman steps, and it has a blue liner and a summer cover.   The pool is run on a salt system which is kinder on the eyes.

Surrounding the pool are plenty of comfortable loungers, chairs and umbrellas.

At the front of the house are comfortable sofas and armchairs with a table so you can soak up the view and tranquility of the gardens.

From the kitchen door to the side of the house and facing the swimming pool is a larger outdoor dining room table for alfresco meals.

When entering the property you are welcomed by a light, contemporary family kitchen.  

The kitchen is well equipped and has all the necessary equipment for trying french classic recipies. The kitchen equipment includes a dishwasher, double sink, steam oven, electric oven, plate warmer, halagen hob with extractor fan, mircrowave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle & toaster.

There is a walk in pantry with a large family size American fridge freezer with water & ice dispenser and an extra fridge freezer.  There are also plenty of shelves for ladder storage.

On the other side of the breakfast bar and stools  is a large dining room table for all occasions.

The room has plenty of light with tall french windows facing onto the lawn.  

The kithcen door leads you into a hallway with double doors to the left into the very comfortable living room.

To the right leads you to the hallway past the library and to the elegant staircase leading to the bedrooms.

The living room is a very stylish and comfortable room with a spectacular period fireplace.

There are large chairs and sofas to escape from the outdoor activities and relax in a sympathetically designed living room.

There is another door which leads you to the hallway and staircase.

To your left is a utility room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer and a downstairs cloak room.

Joli Fleuron

To the left is a comfortable master bedroom with a king size bed.  This room has hardwood flooring and lovely exposed beams with a period fireplace.  

There is an ensuite bathroom with a roll-top bath and seperate walk in shower with his and her wash hand basins and a WC.

Across the living room is a door leading to another spacious double bedroom with a luxurious Kingsize bed.  This wonderful airy bedroom has lovely exposed beams and oak flooring. 

This bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom with a roll-top bath and a seperate walk in shower with double wash hand basins and a WC.

Up the second flight of stairs there is a tranquil floor of master bedroom suites.  

You are welcomed by a communal sitting room with Satelite TV, dvd player and internet access.

This is a great private space to escape from the hustle and bustle of the house.
